So the mentioning about Lincoln was ludicrous. Thanks for pointing that out. I keep getting the civil war and revolutionary war confused sometimes since they both happened so long ago.

Also about the federal marshals, this is why I was asking the question since I'm not sure that they would be able to do that.

I hear ya on the states rights/sovereignty issue, however this is a federal election subject to federal law which the Mitt Romney supporters and campaign have evidently flagrantly violated throughout this entire process. The Massachusetts situation is just one example.
