1. The individual level, where the social engineering designed by the tax-exempt foundatons work to crash the net of civilation. You can take divorce, for example, once hard to get AND socially unacceptable made popular in media and available through "new" laws. Broken families are more likely to turn to the State and be easier to manipulate. Zoom out to Level 2:

2. The multinational level - where the Federal government, backed by corporate dough, collaborates with the one-worlders using trade agreements and UN treaties. Military action is also seen on this level as the US armed forces have morphed in the world bankster's Praetroian Guard, thus saith Gen. Butler. The US Government, not to be confused with America, land I love, working hand in glove to create "full spectrum dominance" of the whole world. But wait, you've got to check out Level 3:

3. The spiritual level - where the ultimate battle of good and evil takes place. Satan, insanely jealous of the dominion we humans have, works to eradicate our species and he'll rule with his followers(you guys know that these Elite are all a bunch of occultic weirdos, right?) and with technology to be like the Most High per his Isaiah 14 five point plan. All this tracking I see as Satan's way of becoming omnisicent as possible. Anyway, I take heart in what the Word says regarding these people and their nanny state: "when they cry peace and safety, then shall destruction come upon them". I especially like the part where they're in their underground bunkers crying for the rocks to hide them from the avenging Christ. Psalm 2 is a great description of what God thinks - He laughs at these fools and has them in derision.

That day is getting close, when we can a REAL government with Jesus Christ as our leader.
