Judge Carter Grants RNC's Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice

"Looks like Judge Carter has granted the RNC's motion to dismiss but WITHOUT PREJUDICE... meaning that they may still be in violation of the Voting Rights Act of 1971."

My unlearned reading of the judge's decision is that he was quite fair. He says the claims of wrong doing were too general and videos were submitted too late to be properly considered. He is therefore granting defendants motion to dismiss, but allowing the claimants one more chance to submit proper and sufficient evidence of wrong doing. However, since the claims of harm were not specific or clear enough, the original request for an expedited decision (before the convention) is denied.
