"There will be nothing negative said about Mitt Romney or positive said about Obama (especially to media)."

First, the "especially to the media" phrase undermines the rest of it.

Second, you mean to tell me one wouldn't even be permitted to say, for example, "Obama may be a tyrant but his haircut ain't so bad"?
