Another thing: conflict of interest.

Assuming journalist Ben Swann is who uses the account bearing his name, Ben's relationship with the Daily Paul is fine. Anything more would imbalance the relationship, creating subjectivity and invite scrutiny whose results would be barriers where none was.

Nothing is stopping Ben from paying for a paid account and nothing is stopping him from using a free account.
