and it seems to have failed. I noticed having a hard time finding it from a Big Three network news source and it occurred to me that it was so blatant, it could form the basis of a lawsuit against a station which leased the public airwaves. Under FCC rules there are minimal rules for due diligence, since airwaves legally belong to the public.
