great article! it echos my feeling. Ive often asked people what a judicial function is that affords a judge immunity. I have regularly seen judges issue orders absent any findings of facts and based on no laws. Since an act such as this has nothing to do with a judicial function why does judge get immunity? If he rapes your wife its fine so long as he keeps his rope on......how ridiculous!
