Comment: Goodie Bags

What about a "goodies bag"? Basically a small bag with a message on it, filled with inexpensive items like balloons, key-chains, bottle openers, magnets, info card, campaign buttons (to wear on your shirt), maybe some sweets, pocket constitution, etc.

If someone wanted to be really generous, we could include a raffle ticket of sorts in each bag, and then give away some small token prizes like a silver dime, the Ron Paul towels, Ron Paul cut-out, or other commemorative item.

These "goodie bags" could be given out at not only the Welcome event, but also through the days and evening leading up to the nomination.

The custom printed bags can be done for around .50 each. It might be possible to fill them with already existing bumper stickers, buttons, brochures, etc. for little or no additional costs, big bags of sweets and lollies can be purchased pretty inexpensively as well.
