The truth is if Ron Paul were in Mitt Romney's or Paul Ryan's position right now liberals would be using the very same arguments against him too. Although, instead of "Ron Paul wants to throw old people off cliffs" it would be "Ron Paul wants to throw the whole country into anarchy." Which, of course, is completely false.
