Va. Temporary Detention Law

The Feds arrested Raub, and he was arrested, on which magistrate's order? Under Virginia law, law enforcement cannot remove anyone from their home without an order signed by a magistrate citing probable cause this person is a danger to himself or to others.

The actions by the Feds and the local police can only be characterized as following the provisions of the NDAA. Detention due to suspicion this person has material ties to terrorist organizations.

Let's also remember, a federal judge issued an injunction against this type of activity, and Virginia law prohibits cooperation with federal authorities exercising enforcement of the provisions under the NDAA.
