because people die when people act on crazy thoughts. All of us have a responsibility to help each other out. Yes, we have delegated too much authority to the state, to address human suffering. So, I am suggesting that we take responsibility as a caring community to be careful with our rhetoric and to reach out to those that may be on overload.
I don't have to remind you that the military suicide rate is astronomical - Paul brings this up all the time. Unemployment is also high for returning veterans. PTSD is real. Many are feeling isolated and disillusioned.
