...and Russia. Kazakhstan is the major goal. This is our current foreign policy, Kazakhstan has the second largest oil reserves and oil production of all former Soviet countries, and a great deal of natural gas. We play Russia and China off against each other. Eventually we force war with China ( preemptive strike ) and neutron bomb some of their more advanced cities, then hand them the bill for the war, which will coincidentally be a trillion or more than what America owes China.

This has been the plan for many years. The fear-mongering over this missile is simply another step in the game. Why are we only invading oil rich nations? Their are plenty of countries that need 'liberating', but they are not on a path towards China and Russia.
