Some non-caucus states could be pluralities. Not even the Ron Paul people know. So all states with Ron Paul delegates should turn in a letter nominating Ron Paul for first ballot. It has to be written and turned in an hour before roll call starts. Which could mean the day before cause even Sunnunu could not be chased down the other day. Make EXTRA copies in case you get the run around.
