The owner came out and said, "Oh, don't worry. 'A barking dog never bites.'" And the postman said, "I know a barking dog never bites, and you know a barking dog never bites. But does he?" My point is, we know that a conservative who isn't conservative isn't a conservative. But do conservatives?
