I prefer constitutional

I prefer constitutional democratic republic, because republic itself doesn't necessarily confirm the existence of a constitution or "rule by law." Either way, this is really just an issue of linguistics, but democracy doesn't just mean majority rule in the modern academic sense; it did in the founder's day though.
