Yes
We have friends who are Iranian (they prefer "Persian") from Tehran living in Colorado. They were the ones who sent the video. Without going into details they are extremely disturbed by the present atmosphere in the Middle East. Their children are Americans, they love both countries and are proud of both.
BTW - There is a very large Iranian expat community in Los Angeles. Iranians often refer to it as "TehrAngeles".
