Kurt is on this list, though not on Sovereign's list.
I gotta admit...although Rand did the "Endorsement thing", I had a rationale to explain it; see this:

And I must admit: This is not so much about Kurt Bills, or Rand, but about whether we will be building bridges, but how to choose which candidates to build with?
I bailed on the local Tea Party after it was apparent that they were neo-con Repubs in Libertarian clothing.
