A pretty serious downward force too.
That video would have to identify beam locale to be of more help. The big question is whether the corrosion was present pre-event and where located. Splotchy holes eaten in the steel is not an indicator of cutter charges as far as I know.
This is going to take a grand jury with subpoena power.
