It's been about 20 years since I read that one. Most of the same points as Bastiat's The Law, as I recall, but drier and more pedantic. It's definitely worth reading, but not a lot of fun.
For a book that brings the subject alive and kicks you upside the head, try Larken Rose's book, The Most Dangerous Superstition. It's not free, but here and here: are a couple excerpts to give you a taste.
