Brian, I have gone down the rabbit hole on this stuff further than I care to admit and there seems to be a ton of confusion over this stuff. You have so many in the "patriot" community being all Yoda and cryptic all the time but they have no verifiable results. Do you "claim" your birth certificate? Do you create a bond? Who knows. The only person I've seen sort of describe this process well in Dean Clifford.

I believe that what this article references is true, but there is so much in trying to figure out what is what that the vast majority of folks will never understand it. I'm not sure how much of this is actually truth versus controlled opposition.
