I eat lots of organic fresh fruit and vegatables from my garden now...I buy alot of organic blueberries and strawberries from whole foods..I eat free range chicken eggs and have learned to eat them raw for breakfast. The more raw you eat food the more food enzymes you assimilate and the healthier you will become.
I eat fresh atlantic salmon and raw hazelnuts for vitmain E.
I use liquid flaxseed oil for good health..Keep it refrigerated and in a cool dark place..Its great in cereal!
Once in awhile for a treat, I will bake a potato in the oven and broil a nice steak..(from range beef)
Whole foods purchases are a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for, most of the time.
Always read labels for ingredient content. If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it..
