I have no doubt it will be

I have no doubt it will be considered constitutional. It is a matter of fact that the income tax is extra-constitutional, meaning outside the jurisdiction of the constitution. It is private law, and entered into contractually in a voluntary way by using the private credit of the federal reserve. It is for people under the jurisdiction of admiralty law administered by the Federal Government of the U.S., inc. We all have the option available to us right now to opt out of the system, you just have to know how to do it.

Redeem lawful money(U.S. notes tendered by the treasury) pursuant to USC 12 subsection 411.
