I'd be surprised if they did

Mossad and the Israeli defense community are not hawkish on war with Iran. Personally, I think their strategists realize how badly things could go, and the risk for a larger conflagration.

This is why Netanyahu has been pulling these media events, since he is the hawkish one.

For all of Netanyahu's gusto, do remember the difficulties Olmert had in the last Israeli invasion of Lebanon. It did not go well, to be kind.
