It is legitimate to sue the CPD, Romney, and Obama

under the Sherman Anti-Trust act from a libertarian standpoint. How you say, since we are libertarians and oppose that law? Simple -- the Dems and Reps of the CPD, Romney and Obama, believe that the law is just, therefore, BY THEIR OWN STANDARDS, the law does not coerce them.

I was having this same discussion with a Democratic friend of mine in regard to a threat by Karl Hess (libertarian and former Barry Goldwater speechwriter) to sue Edith Efron for defamation for labeling Hess a "Maoist" in print. Hess did not agree that people have an inherent right to a "reputation" and therefore opposed libel and slander laws. But Efron DID believe in them, therefore he was perfectly justified in holding her accountable by threatening to, in his words, "Seek redress in a court of law."
