You could tell her that it isn't her fault that she may not be able to convince a disenfranchised RP supporter to support Romney. Romney made too many mistakes for too long of a time, and RP supporters experienced lots of those mistakes first hand. In our eyes, he's comparable to Obama (Obama's a murderer who'd knife you in the street. Romney's a murderer who'd wait until you're asleep in bed first. Or maybe it's actually the other way around?), and unless she can convince us using Romney's actions and words that he wouldn't start a war with Iran, that he'd work to end the Federal Reserve, that he's serious about balancing the budget, and that he understands the Constitution and would protect our natural rights, Romney cannot have any of our votes.
