Don't forget that neocon favorite young gun, Marco Rubio.

I might be wrong, but absent a severe stumble by the Floridian, I see no way Rand gets the GOP nod over Marco.

If I were setting odds, I'd favor Ryan, Rubio and even Jeb Bush over Rand in 2016. Rand's not neocon enough, plus, he burned too much of his base this year.
