Why would it matter whether or not the SCOTUS Justices a President Johnson would appoint would be pro or anti-Roe v. Wade? Gary Johnson will never be president.

Why would it matter whether or not a President Johnson would cut all funding to organizations that provide funding for abortions? Gary Johnson will never be president.

Why would it matter if a President Johnson would push Congress to remove jurisdiction from the courts on the abortion issue? Gary Johnson will never be president.

Why would it matter whether or not a President Gary Johnson would ban late-term abortions on lands under federal jurisdiction (such as military bases)? Gary Johnson will NEVER be president.

If you can't bring yourself to vote for Romney, someone who will appoint anti-Roe Justices and someone who will cut all federal funding to organizations that fund abortions, why not just save yourself the time and energy of debating whether or not to vote third party and if so which one, by simply writing Ron Paul in?
