I despise Krauthammer because he is a neocon. That doesn't mean Krauthammer is incapable of categorizing someone as a libertarian or not.
Also, I have nothing to do with the GOP. I voted for Reagan in 1984 and voted for Ron Paul in the primaries in 2008 and this election cycle. That is the complete history of my presidential voting record and my involvement with the GOP. I personally don't think there is any hope for the GOP. I will not be voting at all in the general presidential election.
If you call my assessment of Gary Johnson as not being a libertarian as "judging" him then I'm guilty. :)
judge (v) - 1. To compare facts or ideas, and perceive their agreement or disagreement
Perhaps you are accusing me of judging Stray? If pointing out that Gary Johnson is not very libertarian is "judging" Stray then I guess I'm guilty of that too.
Gary Johnson's own statements of his support for interventionism in countries like Uganda to take out Kony, his vow to defend Israel, his support for outlawing smoking on private property and his complete inability to discuss the contents of one single libertarian/austrian texts, while initially trying to claim that he was familiar with several, leads me to conclude that not only is he not a libertarian but is willing to lie and engage in fraud to mold perceptions of himself.
I guess I'm also guilty of your accusation of loving my intellect. It has served me well over some 50 odd years or so. :p
I will close by "judging" you as making up stuff about me and presenting it as if it is what I believe or practice. I officially judge you as a purveyor of straw men.
"A straw man is a type of argument and is an informal fallacy based on misrepresentation of an opponent's position. To "attack a straw man" is to create the illusion of having refuted a proposition by replacing it with a superficially similar yet unequivalent proposition (the "straw man"), and refuting it."
