and to not be able to decide on how it is spent is also the deprivation of liberty, excluding the fact that forcing one to pay taxes is the loss of liberty as well. The only "fair tax" is no tax at all. I don't care if you have a bazillion dollars and do not pay taxes, you should not be forced too, and neither shall the one who makes next to nothing. Also, I am positive that any individual knows how to spend their money better than 535 people sitting at the round table.
