Actually I read the whole prop, which you obviously didn't because you think it applies to food served at a restaurant.
And yes I have thought about the consequences. I, and everyone else for that matter, will get to make better informed decisions about the products I buy which will protect my Constitutional right to LIFE, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
How is a consumer supposed to make informed decisions on food items they buy without labeling?
