Removing the chains of regulation and over-taxation from small business is definitely the key to reinvigorating employment as well as the economy in general. Small businesses create 90% of net new jobs. Clearly that is the place to start and yet the last two administrations have been nothing but a hindrance to small business.

And I agree that capital needs to be refocused on productive activity, not paying off Washington insiders for scraps from the government teat.
