That might work if the TSA restricted themselves to airports....

but what about the VIPR teams showing up on buses, trains, highways, etc?

If I may suggest a nonviolent solution (hey, I'm easy), obtaining a personnel list of all TSA employees and their families and posting it on the INTERNET would do wonders toward creating vacancies.
