Thank you for sharing, Jefferson!
I strive to help people awaken without "money" as a motivator. Happiness is my personal motivation and my way of life in ALL circumstances/conditions. I guess by the "levels" in the article I'd currently find myself somewhere between 3 & 4 which is amazing because a short 2-3 years ago I was "awake" after 9/11, prior to which I was a total "Zombie" haha. I find it fascinating how different it is for each person going through this process yet it leads to the same Knowing.
In recent days I came across this relatively short video that resonated with me strongly. Perhaps it will have a similar effect for some here as well:
A quote from the video:
"If you have a golfball-sized consciousness, when you read a book you'll have a golfball-sized understanding—when you look out, a golfball-sized awareness—and when you wake up in the morning, a golfball-sized wakefulness. But if you could expand that consciousness, then you read the book; more understanding, you look out; more awareness and when you wake up; more wakefulness. It's consciousness..."
Meditation expands consciousness. Practicing "silence" within is the key. Which sort of shows you the purpose of our societies being so "noisy" around us where we are bombarded by what others want us to give our attention to, completely forgetting paying attention to our SELF.
Again, thank you for this post!
