Well in reality, Ron Paul chose the 'R' party as the best means of getting his message out to the American public. The Liberty party simply wasn't an option to do that.
Things have changed, the 'R' party ostracised Ron Paul and his supporters, and it will eventually ostracise you too. You just don't see it now.
The Liberty party is now a viable option as a means of supporting and futhering that message of RP, and putting his philosophy into action, now and in the future.
As an aside, Ron Paul never once said..take over the republican party.
The 'R' party is simply in rapid decline, and should sufficient support be given to the GJ campaign, it will end up being the third party option, with little or no credibility. Why would you want to be a part of that.
