I Witness

Hard to comprehend how people would make such false accusations about another person and still think they have any credibility. Do you honestly think that an Attorney could make false claims without any repercussions? You do realize that Richard Gilbert is saying that he has reached agreements with Atty Generals of States---those same Atty Generals who could bring charges against Mr Gilbert for false information. Have you seen any such charges or disagreements from any of these Atty Generals?

Are you that ignorant or are the people in the DailyPaul so gullible that you could believe such claims of RONonymous?

Let me clear up some very bad information that is being spreading around;

Currently Missouri State Law, like many others State Laws require a candidate to file papers if they are to be a counted "write-in." However in a Federal Lawsuit addressing an Unconstitutional State Law, there are two choices for the state 1. They can fight it and take their chances in a Federal Court or 2. They can recognize that their law is Unconstitutional and enter into a settlement to allow the voters to unconditionally write in the candidate of their choice.

Iowa, Wyoming, Wisconsin and New Hampshire all have a written agreement with the Plaintiffs via Richard Gilbert that all write-in votes are now UNCONDITIONAL and will be counted and recorded.

Richard has received emails from Missouri stating that they agreed to the same conditions as Iowa. New York is also wanting to settle but needs to be finalized. So, if you are that ignorant to believe that State Laws cannot be over-ridden by a Settlement or a Judges ruling, I dont know what to tell you, its hopeless.
