The Greeks were so upset with Chancellors Merkel's reluctance to lend them a loan subsidized by German tax payers unless they agreed to austerity budget that some Greeks called her a Nazi. How nice.
Instead of blaming their own government and themselves, the Greeks used the Germans as a scapegoat for their fiscal problems-- a fine example of how the EU collectivist philosophy allows the shifting of personal responsibility to others.
