I think "Removing the Income Tax" & all Flat Unenumerated Taxes

Although term limit is good, Both Goode and Johnson blew it on that one...

Removing the income tax and replacing it with "nothing" would remove the unlimited cash flow the federal government presently has to bribe the states and spend on wasteful projects & programs;

Returning to a "Enumerated" Taxation system from tariffs as the founders intended in the Original Unamended Constitution;

This coupled with the existing (if they would obey it) Constitutional Limits that only allows the federal government to

1.) collect taxes under the Welfare Clause for 2 things, National Defense and National Debt; and

2.) prosecute 4 crimes,

they wouldn't need all that much money.
