People don't read receipts as it is. Most end up in the garbage very fast.

They also won't care that 3¢ went for National Defense on that pack of gum.

The entire scheme is designed to continue funding ever massive government.

It has no interests in reducing government.

The entire requirement of remaining "revenue neutral" is the dead giveaway.

Your specific points do nothing to enhance Liberty. As written, they fail.

And you still can't answer how making everyone dependent on a government check enhances Liberty.
