States interfere with the market all the time

Reminder - this is not the federal government, which would have no jurisdiction in the area, but a state government, which, by the will of the people would, could and in my opinion, should.

To be mean is never excusable, but there is some merit in knowing that one is; the most irreparable of vices is to do evil out of stupidity. - C.B.
