It's because...

...Rand Paul didn't demand a rollcall vote. The "passed unanimously" is bogus because few, if any, even voice their ayes or noes on voice votes. Sometimes nobody says "aye" or "no" on a voice vote and even those bills are deemed passed "unanimously" by the person in the chair. To demand a rollcall vote on a voice-passed bill that has overwhelming support in Congress would be an exercise in futility and grandstanding. They already know the count before the voice vote is set up or it wouldn't be set up that way.

This poster either doesn't know what he/she is talking about or he/she is just setting up a bogus reason to not support Rand Paul.
