Let's examine his question: Why do they accuse us Ron Paul people of being cult followers?

This OP has already called Ron Paul supporters cultist in other threads.

Why does this OP use 'us' in his question when he's obviously not an RP supporter.

The OP is the 'they' in his question. So his question is BS because he already knows why he accuses RP supporters as cult followers. I can't speak for the OP but I assume he calls me a cultist because it furthers his agenda whatever that is.
