no, your just trying to give

no, your just trying to give something liberty that has no independent life yet. When it's still in your body, it is still you.

How do you account for all the sperm that die in your testicles every day? Do they require liberty as well?

Obviously this is impossible, but you must first draw the line at when something is eligible for liberty.

If it were up to me, I would say when something is no longer part of your body. Or when something has the capability to understand itself and the environment in which it inhabits.
