I'm a libertarian therefore I'm against the very concept of the FDA. Nobody is forced to buy these foods. What we need is education, which is what we see here. You guys have no idea how your articles on food and health have made me re-evaluate what I eat.
But it's similar to when Rand Paul told that bureaucrat how he wished people like her would "convince, or cojole" him to use energy saving toilets rather than using force.
I know the easy, faster way is government force but this movement has been rather taken over by organic-food lobbyists who mean well, but are ultimately asking for the same kinds of government force we were brought together to fight.
(I have less of a problem if a state alone decides to do this, but ultimately I still believe we're better off in the long run if the STATE stays out of food/drug policing).
