That's one of the biggest crocks of sh!t I've ever heard. These people had a MUCH better chance of getting fed BEFORE FEMA got there. Any "red tape" that was in place before their arrival just increased AT LEAST ten fold.

Despite that, I just can't wrap my head around this ladies mentality... why would you just sit around and wait to die when you could get out and DO SOMETHING that would help speed things along? If she would actually do that she would most likely find that there are people all over who are trying to get food and clothes to them but they aren't able to go door to door.
