If not, that would be like saying that a sheep clone isn't a sheep. What is it? A legume?

The police have better things to do than to regulate the death out of every product. We should just be responsible as individuals. If you don't trust a product or a business, don't make a purchase. Be an activist about it, raise awareness, but there's no need for government action.
