Decentralization, good. But let's guard against false decentralization, where entrapment isn't evident immediately, likely, but is evident after enough time passes.
Let's think about what is natural -- how the individual is and what he does daily, how you are and what you do daily. Start and end at the self, the individual, where truth is least difficult to attain than it is in the relationship individual-group and group-group.
Again, how is the individual daily, how does he function daily.
