A wasted vote

I wrote-in Ron Paul in 2008 and now regret doing so. It was a wasted vote because NOBODY ever saw it besides me. Ron Paul is not eligible to be POTUS, so writing in his name would be like writing in "Thomas Jefferson," another lover of liberty. But as you know, Thomas Jefferson is also no eligible to become president.
