What if you knew that the baby would have autism, we can discuss severe moderate or mild later.

You knew in advance this baby, while functional, possibly even moderately or highly functional, would be at a severe disadvantage relative to their peers and the world for the rest of their lives.

IT would be a SEVERE inconvenience and a hard financial strain for the parents to raise this child, who very well might have to live with them the rest of their lives.

This is very inconvenient and expensive for both the parents and for "society".

Is the live worthy of life or should it be exterminated in this case?
