Hard to argue with his

Hard to argue with his conclusion. It's my conclusion as well - has been since my "epiphany". I rarely have voted since becoming eligible many years ago, but I did write-in Ron Paul in 2008 (only to have my vote counted only in the meaningless "other" category), and I did spend an hour standing in line this year to cast a vote for Gary Johnson, hoping that enough of those of us who are sick and tired of big intrusive government would do the same, therby sending a message that couldn't be ignored. What an idiot I was. That was sure an hour wasted.

This view probably won't be popular on an activist site, but voting IS a waste of time. We'd all benefit from spending the time we waste on activism on learning how to better avoid the mob known as government.
