Woman of Color, WOC: How big a problem is counterfeiting?
Rosie Rios, US Treasurer: It is not as big as you think. It is very important for the federal government to stay in front of the counterfeiters.
[Rhetorical questions: As in the US Treasury is a front for an authorized monopoly-money counterfeiting operation? The Fed, so to speak?]
As we think about what our currency looks like that we incorporate state-of-the-art, high-tech features.
Most of our challenges are overseas. Over two thirds o the hundreds in circulation are overseas. (QUERY: THESE LAST TWO SENTENCES NEED CLARIFICATION.)
[Mark Twain Edit: Probably meant to write, "Over two thirds of our $100 Federal Reserve Notes are in circulation over overseas."]
================== Mark Twain Comments ==================
Mark Twain Editorial comment: Rosie Rios is the one currently signing US Federal Reserve Notes... promissory notes. She is our agent that allows the Fed to print these bank notes into circulation with little regard for every retiring debt.. Or even asking why we print these notes for the private bank cartel known as the Federal Reserve & allow them to pay these same notes back at interest, those we printing the notes in the first place & they only paid cost of printing. Example: $100 that she worries about? Cost of printing is about 4¢. The Fed reimburses Ms Rios the 4¢; yet We the People must pay our goods & services.... Our blood, seat & tears to the Fed for what we just give them. We gave them the privilege to create money out-of-thin-air give to their member banks. Then in due course, the Fed charges interest in what they named as our debt. Our National Debt. What a farce.
None the less, Ms Rios is stating counterfeiting is not much of a problem. Just what about printing money out-of-thin-air misses her attention? Is she responsible for Counterfeiting? Enforcement? Or perhaps, aiding & abating?
Does Ms Rios know that we don't owe the Fed a living? We the People were here first.
